  1. My favorite baseshop pattern is one that I made a year ago, Pure Comfort. I made a cape for my grandma to use. It is perfect for someone who is in a wheelchair, getting a coat on can be very difficult.

  2. I have made so many of the Moda Bakeshop patterns. I just love all of the great ideas. I really want to make the Christmas tree card holder next….maybe this weekend. Thanks for the giveaway!

  3. One of the many, many things I want to make would be the Journal Covers. I have two friends I want to make these for – one has a beautiful granddaughter who just lights up her life and she needs to keep track of the funny things she does for the many obvious reasons. The other one is a gifted artist who just doesn’t think of having a sketch book handy to jot her ideas down. Thanks you.

  4. I am loving the book covers. I am thinking of making journals for a few friends and this would work perfectly. I am already a follower – thanks for the chance to win.

  5. I love the Bake Shop and go there often for treats…they don’t add any calories to my day, but they cure are fun to try!

I need to make something for my nieces and the strippy charm pouch looks perfect. They are teenagers and so hard to buy for!

  6. The wine bottle covers look as if they would make a great gift. I love using Moda’s Bake Shop Goodies as u can always find something to make out of them and just enough too.

  7. The Strippy Charm Pouch has been printed and hanging in my workshop forever! I thought it would be a great stocking stuffer or gift for the teachers in our lives.

  8. During the holiday season I try to not buy fabric for myself, just in case an elf or someone leaves some for me. Will you be my elf? I think placemats made from those charms would be adorable.

  9. I have followed the Bake Shop almost from its inception and have made many things; purses, table toppers, baby quilts. I made the long tiered skirt and numerous table toppers from Moda fabric (of course) for my wedding in 2010. My 4 grandaughers who were the attendants were in shirred top sun dresses of matching Moda fabric as well. The table toppers were given to guests as well as antique mis-matched candle holders. What a great resource from so many talented designers. Anything “Ruby” is wonderful, but the bags would be perfect for my 4 grandaughters. Thanks for a chance.

  10. I love the Spiders and Webs quilt…perfect for Halloween!! I have to say Moda Bakeshop is wonderful…FULL of yummy goodness!! I have made several of your quilts!
AND of course I follow you!! Thanks so much for the chance to win this wonderful prize!

  11. Your Moda Designers are the best. I made a few things from the last blog hop and I think I can make a set of placemats, book cover, wine bottle bag and pillow cases before Chrismas.

  12. My favorite pattern is ritzy cracker quilt, I made it for my sisters quilt. Hopefully my next project will be OCD’s tutorial on coin purses where she used Little Apples, absolutely darling

  13. I love the scrappy party bag. At the family gatherings the ladies each give a small gift, I plan on making the scrappy bag and put little stocking stuffers in them.

  14. So many cute projects– it’s hard to choose just one.. but I really like the little Grow and Gather Dress– super-duper cute!! 🙂 What a wonderful prize the Moda Christmas Sampler Tin is— perfect little gift for a special quilting friend– …. or yourself! 😉 Thanks for the fun giveaways!

  15. Pillows. I love the pillow patterns. I make them for my family in every pattern I can find. I made 24 last Christmas. I haven’t made Christmas themed patterns yet to the fabric would be perfect for me.

  16. I’m a follower and just downloaded the instructions for your Birchbark Lodge recipe. Now I feel like I’ve already won… Thanks!!!

  17. I’ve always wanted to make a quilt for the Christmas season, but those “can use all year” projects keep getting in the way. The Christmas mini-charms could be the catalyst that pushes those non-seasonal bullies out of the way.

  18. There are so many cute projects–I’ve made the strippy bag and plan to make other projects. Thanks for having the Bake Shop–so inspirational!

  19. One of my favorites patterns in the Bakeshop is the Tea Caddy…except I put a variety of Dove chocolate squares in each pocket and take the caddy on retreats and to classes to share 🙂 I would make one for my sister.

  20. I love the Birchmark Lodge Quilt, I’d love to make it for my DD who just got married in August.. it would look fantastic in her Maine home.. (apartment) but home someday.

  21. I adore the Moda Bake Shop -I visit almost every day to see what’s new. I would really like to make a “Tea Caddy” by AnneMarie of Gen X Quilters – it is perfect for a dear friend on my holiday list!

  22. Love the Bakeshop…hard to pick just one! Pure Comfort & Lawn Chairs are currently at the top of the list. Always look forward to what is coming out next.

  23. I love the tree skirt! I am hoping to make a special skirt for all of my children…5! I think I will have to start now for next Christmas. Thanks

  24. My favorite bakeshop project is the Babylife quilt..”Eat play sleep repeat”. I have made this for my grandson and plan on making more in the future for baby gifts.

  25. I love Birchbark lodge quilt and would like to make is for…… me…yep, myself in person LOL.
Think it will loo great ith ‘Rouenneries’.

  26. Those tins are too cute. But, I don’t really need them or the charm packs. So, please redraw if my name is drawn. Thanks!

(I’m commenting for a chance to win the Grand Prize!)

  27. I am in the process of making a second simple little table runner. It is so simple and fun and it is nice to have a project done quickly. I am also going to help my mother in law learn to quilt using that pattern, so that I kind of a gift to her 🙂

  28. There are so many awesome tutorials I would love to make. How to choose? I gotta go with Snuggle Play Laugh Love Quilt for a new little nephew due January 4. Hopefully I can get it done in time for it to travel down with another sister to be hand-delivered.

  29. Dear Moda, I want to make the Uncle Sam’s Quilt for my son, Samuel because his niece calls him Uncle Sam! I love patriotic quilting. Thank you, Kd

  30. There is a mini tote pattern (sorry I don’t remember the name) that I have made many times to hold little gifts. It’s so easy that I don’t even need the instructions and can just make it up in a jiffy from my head! And I have to add that I adore that tin and it would look so awesome with my collection 😉

  31. I visit the bake shop and look at the tutorials. I really like the tree skirt and would like to make that as a gift for my Son and his wife’s new home. Thanks for a great giveaway

  32. Always love tins with charms!! The books look like great ideas. Would love to make the journal covers. Thanks for the giveaway! Lana D.

  33. Today (and it changes daily), my favorite is Birchbark Lodge Quilt and I want to keep it! There are several small quilts I’d like to make my grandchildren but this one is for me. I have to keep warm, too!

  34. It’s been awhile since I visited the Bakeshop – loads of new goodies
Lots of fav’s to choose from but for today I will say the Sugar Garden Throw Quilt pattern. Thanks for this.

  35. So many great seasonal recipes in the Moda BakeShop. I like the Stripey Skinny table runner. I’d make that for myself!!! Santa would be ever so appreciated for putting those tins in my stocking–I like tins as much as the fabric in them!

  36. It’s unclear if you are asking us our favorite from those you’ve shown or from all the awesome recipes at the BakeShop.
Of those above, I really love the Personalized Placemats. I actually had those on my list of possible things to make for my son and his fiancee for their new apartment. They need something for their table and those would be perfect for the holidays.

But one of my favorite recipes from the BakeShop was the Chenille Hot Pad recipe by Vicki E of Spun Sugar Quilts. I just LOVE that pattern and how amazing the results are. I would make this for every woman on my list because I know everyone can always use a new hotpad. Heck, *I* need new ones. I have this problem of not wanting to get rid of those old icky looking ones for some reason so maybe making my own that I really love would break that habit. lol

  37. I love the Party Bag patterns the best. I LOVE bags and I love to make them for all my female relatives. There is no woman in my family that doesn’t like getting the homemade bags as a present from me.

  38. I love the Starry Eyed Quilt – of course I would make if for myself – I need a gift too you know. LOL I am also a follower of your blog. I would really have fun with the charms.

  39. This would make the most awesome present for Dirty Santa Bingo at our guild Christmas party (that is if I could bring myself to part with it!) – everyone would be fighting over it!!!

  40. I love Moda Bake Shop! I checked out the “Fresh Fabric Treats” book from the library a few weeks ago, and it had a ruffled table runner that I loved!

  41. There are many patterns on Moda Bake Shop that I like (especially projects with hexies and Aneela’s Pips and Little Apples). If I am so fortunate as to win these precious little tin fabrics, then will troll through and make some pillows or dollie quilts for grandnieces. Thanks for the chance.

  42. Hi everybody,
I love the “Christmas Table Ensemble” by Jodi Nelson. Ijust got out mine to put out for the Christmas season and I already made one for my mom. I´d love to make one – actually I´m sure I will make one! – for my sister who loves everything precuts. So please…. give us some new Turnovers!!!!!
    Have great holiday season!
    Anke

  47. My favorite pattern is the fabric/clothesline Easter Basket. I made them for my kids and everyone. They are also really cute for gift baskets and really fun to make.

  48. I am a follower. I have soooo many favorite Moda Bake Shop patterns. Most recent was the Cathedral Window Baby Play Mat – I’d love to make a full quilt with that pattern. Those little Moda tins are so cute – Thanks for the chance to win.

  49. Baby Lattice Quilt by Amy Smart is currently at the top of my list. Simple and straightforward, and on point! Love it! (I could even use the mini charm squares for a slightly busier version of the pattern…) One friend’s expected baby, and another friend’s recently born baby, are both in line for a quilt, so I guess I need to make two!

  50. Oh how sweet do they look?
I’d love to make the placemats for myself and dress up the dining table for Christmas Lunch…although might need to be next year now :o)

  51. I made a Ritzy Cracker quilt and I love it…I’m thinking my next try from the Moda Bake shop might be the Cathedral Window Baby Quilt! 🙂

  52. The mini charms would be fun to work with. The tin is adorable too! My current favorite MBS tutorial is Birchbark Lodge. I want to make it for my eldest son who recently moved to Alaska. Thanks for the chance at your giveaway.

  53. I just love the mode bakeshop patterns. I have the Union Jack quilt printed out and it doesn’t look like I’ll make it this Christmas but hopefully by next Christmas I’ll be gifting it to my good friend from England.

  54. I would LOVE to see this Christmas mini sampler in my stocking…the Bakeshop Christmas tree skirt has been calling out to me…gotta love it!

  55. Charm squares are the best way to have lots of fabric to use for scrappy projects which are really so much fun to make. The little tins are sweet too. Thank-you.

    ~Linnea

  64. I really like the Spiders and Web quilt from the Bakeshop. I wouldn’t use Halloween fabrics though. I think it would look great with some other colors too. I’d probably make one for my boyfriend. His bedroom is always cold and he likes having a ton of blankets around! These mini charms are so cute so I hope I win one 🙂

  65. Love all the idea’s in the bake shop! Just wish I had the time to make them all. Mini charm squares are a real cute stocking stuffer. The little tin reminds me of the front of a doll house I had when I was a kid. What fun!

  66. my favorite pattern is the Hexagon Park. I’ve been wanting to make a hexagon quilt for a few months now. I’d probably make it for myself to curl up with during a movie. Or I’d make it for a charity group. 😉

  67. I’m searching the Bake Shop! I have a few gifts to make, and there will be some great ideas! And I love tins with things inside. Something MODA inside would be the best! Thanks.

  68. I guess I am. a child at heart as the first thing I thought about was what to use the tine for! I’d use the mini charms for placemats.

  72. Of course I follow ‘the cutting table blog’ and I just love The Bakeshop. Have made quite a few projects from the shop. Would love some of those little charms! My favorite newer post is the Hometown Quilt by Quilting in the Rain. I have the charm squares all set out on my project table, just waiting. Thanks!

  73. I love the “Under my Tree” skirt. I would make it for under our tree. Hopefully will get it finished for this year, but next Christmas is more realistic!!
